About Manna Park

Manna Park is a non-profit organisation dedicated to conserving and studying nature. Details of the flora, fauna and research can be read at the Science Centre at Manna Park [SCAMP] website.
Manna Park's Hostel caters for families and groups of up to 50 people. It's the perfect place to get away from it all, as the large bush property has great biodiversity, with lush rainforest gullies. There is a swimming pool, two large kitchens for self catering and a large playing field. Mountain bike rental, golf, archery and paddle boats are available. Have a look at the hostel's Family Holidays and Group Accomodation.

Set in natural forest

Visitors to Manna Park can enjoy the stillness, peaceful solitude of the bush environment with the sounds of the abundant native Australian birds and close to wildlife. Kangaroos, Wallabies and Wombats wander freely in their peaceful surrounds. We are an Eco-Reserve, home to a great diversity of plants and wildlife. Read More »

Bush Camping - living in nature

When you are a guest at Manna Park hostel, you have the option to experience bush camping. The bush camp shelter is located deep in the forest away from all modern distractions, yet provides toilets, water and facilities. Stay out of the dirt by sleeping in a hammock at the "Hammock Hilton".

Outdoor activities and recreation

Tracks throughout the bush provide the visitor to Manna Park with a range of nature-based activities, such as orienteering, bird watching, spotlighting, bush walking and mountain bike riding. You can see Australian wildlife including Kangaroos, Wallabies, Wombats and Gliders. Read more about what you can do at Manna Park.

Mountain Bike Riding

Manna Park has a challenging 7km single track course for mountain bike racing, designed and built by Jake Iskov of Tathra Beach and Bike. The track has been featured in "Australian Mountain Bike" magazine (Issue 102, September 2009, p.108). Talk about non-stop action! There's swooping S-bends, plunging drops onto narrow bridges, jumps, tricky hill climbs and fast downhill sections.
A new short course is packed with variety; jumps, berms, single track and wider trails. Spectators can watch the action from a central point, allow easy supervision of juniors.
The Manna Park Track joins another 10km of Mountain Biking tracks at Mandeni. At Mandeni there is a 9 hole Golf course, pitch-and-putt course, driving range, Archery and jumping trampoline.
